I aspire to create a seamless and loveable experience, currently servicing one of the big 4 banks in AU to design a human-centred online banking app. 💡🚀⭐
My view on a seamless and loveable experience is when a product/ service has a clear purpose and gives meaningful value for the users. It’s aesthetically beautiful and simple (zen) to uplift their wellbeing.
As a human-centred designer, I believe that a well-design solution embodies three lenses of user’s desirability throughout the customer journey, business viability and technological feasibility.
In my work so far, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders to design and built–
- a seamless, inclusive and secure online banking application for Westpac
- a simple and fast ICT procurement web application for the federal- government
- developed digital solutions and educational content for learning and marketing campaigns.
App's notifcation
I was assigned a project to create the super pattern of notifications starting with the app’s push alerts across different customer journeys and in the moments that matter to improve consistency, operational efficiency across the discovery and delivery processes for future features.

The Agency's Design System
